Versatile, high-quality, durable and sustainable - these are the characteristics of kitchens, dressing rooms and utility rooms from Rotpunkt Küchen, manufactured in Germany. The company employs around 370 qualified staff in the areas of production, logistics and administration at two locations in North Rhine-Westphalia.

What was founded in 1930 as a crate factory under the name ‘Rabe & Meyer’ is now an internationally active manufacturer of kitchen and home furniture in the premium segment. Rotpunkt Küchen's export quota is a stable 80 per cent, thanks to strong trade relations all over the world. The most important sales markets are the Netherlands, Germany and France, followed by the UK, Belgium and Scandinavia (Norway and Denmark). In addition to conventional chipboard, the Rotpunkt Küchen range includes a sustainable form of chipboard (greenline BioBoard Gen2), which uses less fresh wood and conserves natural resources. Furthermore, 95 per cent of the Rotpunkt Küchen range is FSC®-certified.

Rotpunkt Küchen can manufacture in a climate-friendly way using the ‘avoid-reduce-compensate’ approach. All emissions that cannot be avoided or reduced are offset in sustainability projects via a certified partner (MyClimate).

The company is managed by the managing partners Heinz-Jürgen Meyer and Andreas Wagner as well as Sven Herden, Managing Director Sales and Marketing. Together, they rely on their own production structure with efficient machinery, a diverse product portfolio and reliable delivery. The company intends to continue growing in the future - including through investments in logistics and machinery, the digitalisation of all areas of the company and the expansion of national and international dealer relationships.

An important step in this context is the construction of a new logistics hub at the Bünde site, for which the foundation stone was laid in March 2023. The first high-bay warehouse, which mainly houses carcase parts, fronts and drawers, was put into operation at the beginning of 2025. At 15 metres high, 250 metres long and 50 metres wide, the new warehouse covers a total area of 10,000 square metres.
